Tool, Information - progress to date:
Located projects on multiple islands to verify type of information relevant. On El Hierro found few successful projects, searching specifically for failed/abandoned (government)projects which can be reinstated, infrastructure which can be reused (there’s quite some!). Also looking for maximum use of existing efforts, offering suggestions for enhancements. Purpose-gather & screen information from projects and experiences to pre-populate the system, and kick-start adoption/progress.
Currently around 8 projects, and am aware of another 8 to start with. (Nov 2017)
